Here a thesis is a general question with more than one serious approach. Your job is to show the approaches fairly, including what they share. Picking a side is the next exercise. If you campaign now, you skipped the map.

A question, not a verdict

Should phones be put away in class? One side is protecting the thought the room is trying to have. The other is the parent whose only way in is that screen. They agree the rule has to be explained.
